Seasonal Clerk Program

Our seasonal clerkship program is designed to give you a broad overview of all aspects of plaintiff law and to provide you with real, practical experience. Our program involves one rotation in a particular practice area or office of the firm, enabling you to become significantly involved and develop an in-depth knowledge of the area in which your work. The program also includes seminars and information sessions, which allow you to develop an understanding of all practice areas of the firm.

The seasonal clerkship program provides a great pathway to a potential traineeship position at Maurice Blackburn. Many of our past seasonal clerks have found a clerkship to be their first step to a successful career with us.

The seasonal clerkship programs will run for three weeks. To be considered for a seasonal clerkship, you must be in your penultimate year of study and be a permanent resident when you apply.
