Damian Lynch is an Associate working in the TAC department
of our Frankston office.
Damian is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Personal Injury
Specialist. He has been practicing in personal injuries litigation
since 1996 as well as a number of years working in general civil
litigation on a range of matters. His experience includes working
in London and Tasmania before returning to Melbourne in 2000.
Damian has acted for people from many backgrounds who suffered
injury in circumstances as diverse as transport accidents, trotting
accidents, slip and falls and injuries at work, particularly in the
area of Federal wokers' compensation.
Damian was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria
in 1989. He completed a Bachelor of Law degree at the
University of Tasmania and a Bachelor of Economics degree at Monash
University.
Damian is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance. He
enjoys running, cycling, getting onto and into the water and
spending time with his family.
