Danielle Leo works exclusively in the area of transport accident
law, where she assists people who have suffered injuries resulting
from accidents involving motor cars, pushbikes, motor bikes, trains
and trams. Her work involves assisting people to obtain their
entitlements from the TAC, including rehabilitation, home help,
medical treatment, loss of earnings benefits, as well as
compensation for injuries sustained.
Danielle is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Personal
Injury Specialist. She recently helped a client win access to TAC payments
through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a
university degree that he was undertaking because he had to retrain
after a motorbike accident.
Danielle has a strong Italian and Trade Union background. She is
the President of the Geelong Law Association, a member of the
Australian Lawyers Alliance and the firm's Women's Law Section.
Danielle is currently on parental leave.
