Elizabeth Davidson is the managing lawyer at Maurice Blackburn's
Mildura office. She helps people with WorkCover and other
personal injury claims such as Comcare, road accidents and
TAC claims, medical negligence and public liability.
Elizabeth has more than 25 years experience in personal injury
litigation including 20 years in rural legal practice in North
Eastern Victoria.
Elizabeth has an honours degree in law from the University of
Melbourne and she is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited
Personal Injury Specialist. Elizabeth is also a Law Society of NSW
Accredited Specialist.
Elizabeth is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the
Australian Services Union. She is passionate about rural life and
committed to assisting Maurice Blackburn's clients in the Sunraysia
region achieving just and fair outcomes in their personal injury
claims.
