discrimination. Emeline acts for a range of employees including
white and blue collar workers, and trade union members.
Emeline provides practical advice and assists employees to
understand their many rights, entitlements and obligations in this
often complex area of law.
Before coming to Maurice Blackburn, Emeline spent 3 years
working for a trade union, and has previously worked for a range of
community organisations.
Emeline is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Victorian
Women Lawyers, Australian Lawyer's Alliance, and the firm's Women's
Law Section.
