Julie Duce (O'Donnell) is a Lawyer in the Canberra office of
Maurice Blackburn (previously Pamela Coward Higgins).
Julie practices in the areas of probate and administration of
deceased estates, contested estates under the Family Provisions
Act, Wills, power of attorney, estate planning as well as mortgage
possession work in both the ACT and NSW. Prior to her admission,
Julie worked for over 20 years as a paralegal primarily in the
areas of conveyancing and leasing.
Julie has served for three years on the Board of Transitional
Accommodation Services, an ACT association providing independent
living services for the disabled. She is a member of the Elder Law
Committee of the ACT Law Society and has delivered corporate
seminars in the areas of estate and retirement planning.
Julie graduated from University of Canberra and was admitted to
practice in the ACT and NSW in June 2003.
