Sally Weir joined Maurice Blackburn in March 2010 after
completing a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts
at Monash University. Since being admitted to practice in
April 2011, Sally has practised exclusively in the Asbestos and
Dust Diseases department.
Sally acts for clients who have been diagnosed with asbestos
related diseases including mesothelioma, asbestosis, asbestos
related pleural disease and lung cancer. She is committed to
ensuring her clients and their families receive their compensation
rights. Sally works with clients to provide clear, practical advice
about potential claims and navigating the process.
Sally is a member of the Asbestos Information & Support
Service (AISS), Gippsland Asbestos Related Disease Support Inc
(GARDS), the Law Institute of Victoria, and the Australian Lawyers'
Alliance.
