Maurice Blackburn’s response to COVID-19 vaccinations

Maurice Blackburn is committed to providing a work environment that is safe for all employees and clients. 

Vaccination rates in Australia ​have reached impressively high levels. We now have a better understanding of how vaccination and other public health interventions and medical treatments are working together to reduce the severity of COVID-19 illness and keep the community safe.

In light of these developments, Maurice Blackburn has assessed its health and safety obligations to employees and third parties, including contractors, visitors, clients and stakeholders. 

Based on this assessment, we have removed the requirement for employees, contractors, visitors, clients and stakeholders to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status while visiting an MB office.
