Practice Area

Wills and estates

Qualification(s)

LLB (Hons), GDLP

Catherine began working at the firm in 2017 while completing her law degree, and completed her clerkship and traineeship here. She was admitted to practice in 2020.

“I am a passionate, understanding and realistic advocate who is driven to achieve a fair and equitable solution for clients. I make sure that I am sensitive to my clients’ specific circumstances and needs and ensure that I convey advice in a practical and empathetic manner.”

Catherine prides herself on finding a solution that will ease the injustice many of her clients feel, prompting them to seek further provisions from an estate or resist a claim in the first place. She knows that a successful legal outcome for her clients, particularly when they are grieving the loss of a loved one, will help them move forward with their lives, therefore she strives to achieve this as promptly as possible.
