Jonathan Peck

Jonathan's work involves acting for plaintiffs in cases where they have suffered economic loss or personal injury, and he is passionate about pursuing just outcomes for his clients.

During his time at the firm, his work has included the following:

• the Kilmore East-Kinglake and Murrindindi Black Saturday Bushfire class actions;
• shareholder class actions against major corporations including BHP Billiton; and
• submissions on behalf of 7-Eleven workers who were the victims of widespread and systematic underpayment by their employers.

Jonathan has also acted on a pro bono basis for a wide range of clients in the community legal sector, which has included securing a number of important outcomes in matters for refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia.
