“I am a passionate and dedicated estate planning lawyer. I aim to clear any misunderstandings to ensure that my clients’ affairs are structured in the best way to ensure a smooth transition of wealth to their intended beneficiaries,” says Lucie.
“I take a practical, insightful and empathetic approach when providing advice to ensure that my clients receive a tailored plan that provides them with peace of mind.”
Lucie believes the most rewarding part of working in Wills and Estates is helping people get their affairs in order, such as by drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Adopting a sensitive approach to each client’s individual situation, she takes great satisfaction in knowing that she has helped her clients have peace of mind for their own and their family’s future.
Lucie also has many years’ experience in presenting to and educating clients, financial advisors and accountants, through face-to-face in-house training sessions, large client presentations and webinars. Her training is practical, interactive and relevant, often using case studies so her audience can easily digest information in what is a complex area of law.
