Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.
Michael is a technical, lateral thinking person who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. He acts for clients who have suffered an injury due to negligence in a medical setting.
“In my experience, a lack of legal knowledge can create a significant hurdle for people seeking justice,” says Michael.
“I chose law as a career because I see legal practice as a unique and special way of informing and assisting people.
“Securing compensation helps more than just the injured person. When you help a client to get compensation, you don’t just get them back on their feet, you help those around them.”
Michael believes strongly in closing the socio-economic gaps that exist between Australia’s First People and the rest of Australians. He is the chair of Maurice Blackburn’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Rights Committee.
