“This could include helping an employee through a complex disciplinary process, and, saving someone’s job.
“I’m committed to vigorously defending employee's rights. The power imbalance in the workplace between an employer and employee means that often employees are disadvantaged. Being able to assist an employee correct this imbalance is what drives me.”
Rohan has written on the topic of protection for employee complaints and inquiries in our newsletter.
Outside of work, Rohan uses his legal knowledge to help the greater good as the Chair of Tenants Queensland Inc.
"As a senior executive for a global company its not something you think you will ever require in ones career... Right from the start [Giri Sivaraman and Rohan Tate] were absolute professionals, demonstrating complete empathy, careful listening guiding me through the options over what was a very difficult dark period. Through the entire process they treated me with integrity and support... I cannot thank or more highly recommend the Team at MB." - Brendan C.
"I was represented by Azita Arian and Rohan Tate on a complicated workplace matter. I found Azita and Rohan to be responsive, honest and thorough. They helped me navigate the situation and having them act for me alleviated a huge amount of stress in what were very challenging circumstances. Their legal expertise and the level of service was of a very high standard and I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance to manage complex workplace issues." - Client, Actor.
