Arabella Kullack is a Wills and Estates lawyer at Maurice Blackburn. She provides legal advice in relation to will disputes, estate administration (including applications for grants of probate) and estate planning to clients throughout Queensland. Arabella is based in our Cairns office and sees clients in all our Queensland offices of Brisbane, Browns Plains, Caboolture, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Mackay, Rockhampton, Strathpine, Sunshine Coast, Townsville and Toowoomba.
Arabella completed her Bachelor of Laws at James Cook University and holds a Masters of Applied Law majoring in Wills and Estates. She sits on the Queensland Law Society’s Elder Law Committee and she is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a global community of lawyers specialising in the area of succession law.
Arabella has practised almost exclusively in the area of succession law since her admission.
“I am passionate about this area of law and believe that everyone should have access to high quality succession law advice," says Arabella.
"Succession law affects everyone, both in life and death, and every matter has its own unique set of facts. I am dedicated to achieving the best outcome for my clients and developing a meaningful relationship with them.
“Given the technical nature of this area of law, I strive to give my clients clear, straightforward yet robust advice to ensure they are fully informed of the options available to them and are aware of what happens next. Succession law is a very emotional area of law and decisions made by my clients will generally impact on their everyday lives in one way or another. I am driven to ensure my clients feel supported and that the best possible outcome is achieved during what is quite often a difficult time for them.”
In her spare time, Arabella enjoys supporting the local arts scene and sits on the Board of the JUTE Theatre Company. She is also an advocate for early career lawyers and is the Deputy Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Early Career Lawyers Committee.
