Employment and industrial law is an ever-changing scene with political and social ramifications, and it is exciting work that I am passionate about,” says Ben.
“A person’s working life is integral to their sense of identity and self-worth. When we face problems in the workplace it is often overwhelming and detrimental to our wellbeing.
“As an employment lawyer, it’s my role to correct the imbalance between an employee and employer, by assisting my client to navigate the issues they face and achieve the best possible outcome.”
