"I am committed to using my legal skills to benefit my clients and the broader community. I am motivated by the way that class actions harness collective action to provide legal solutions for people who can’t afford to bring their claim alone. And I believe class actions also play an important role in deterring corporate misconduct and improving government accountability."
Bethany is co-convenor for the Victorian branch of Australian Lawyers for Human Rights. She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Maurice Blackburn’s Rights and Reconciliation Executive Committee, Women’s Network, and Cultural Diversity Committee.
