Caitlin is a tenacious, caring and creative lawyer. She joined the firm in 2010 while completing a double degree in law and psychology at La Trobe University, and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2013. Since this time, Caitlin has worked exclusively to help people suffering from injuries caused by cars, trucks, buses, bicycles and public transport.

I am committed to educating clients, the health profession and the wider community about people’s rights and entitlements under the TAC scheme. It is important to me that clients understand the legal process and have their questions answered,” says Caitlin.

“I enjoy working closely with clients in the Geelong community to ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries and that their medical and rehabilitation expenses are funded by the TAC to facilitate their recovery process.”

Caitlin marvels at the strength of her clients, which drives her to fight for the best outcome possible.

“I am often engaged to represent clients during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Seeing first-hand the effects that road accidents have on individuals, families and the wider community drives me to fight for my clients to ensure they obtain all their entitlements.”

Caitlin’s honest, friendly and passionate nature is evident in her community spirit and desire to help people in need. Having grown up in Bendigo, she’s extremely happy to be able to channel her efforts and expertise into a regional community.

“I grew up in regional Victoria, and I am passionate about assisting clients in the community in which I live and work.”

Caitlin has also been involved in organising Maurice Blackburn’s annual Women’s Network event, ‘Diamond in the Rough’ for the past three years. The networking event for Geelong women has supported Diversitat, AMES Werribee and Kardinia Women’s Network to deliver important services and programs to women in the Geelong Community.
