Qualification(s): BA, LLB (Hons)
Charlotte Franich is WorkCover lawyer in Maurice Blackburn’s Ringwood office.
Charlotte’s rounded legal experience means she is acutely aware of all legal avenues available to her clients. She graduated with honours from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. Charlotte joined Maurice Blackburn in 2007, working in Wills and Deeds, then Superannuation and Insurance claims. Since 2013 she has worked solely in WorkCover compensation.
Charlotte greatly enjoys the challenge of litigation and advocating on behalf of her clients.
“I’m inspired by the determination of clients to pursue their workers’ compensation rights and take on the insurance companies despite it being a stressful and difficult time,” Charlotte says.
Charlotte’s strong convictions regarding social justice drive her commitment to achieving a fair and just outcome for all her clients.
She strives to keep her clients well informed about their rights, to assist them in obtaining the entitlements they deserve, and ultimately to guide them as they navigate the legal system during one of the most challenging times of their lives.
In her spare time, Charlotte pursues her passion for all things French, especially the culture and language.
