Emma Davidson is a Personal Injuries Senior Associate at Maurice Blackburn’s Browns Plains office. Emma has more than a decade of experience in compensation law and is steadfast in her commitment to excellence and pursuit of social justice.

“I constantly see injured and vulnerable people struggle to navigate what have become quite complex legal systems, often at the hardest point in their lives. Being privileged enough to have the ability to assist in taking that stress away, so injured persons can instead focus on rehabilitating themselves, is incredibly rewarding. I will always strive to achieve results that are just and fair and to give our clients a voice they might not otherwise have.”

Emma considers herself to be compassionate, tenacious, and a strong client advocate. She prides herself on ensuring her clients understand what is happening at each stage of their claim and strives to achieve fair and timely outcomes, so they can focus on rebuilding their lives. In her spare time Emma is a regular volunteer for My Community Legal and a busy mum of two boys.
