Enver Erdogan is an Associate in Maurice Blackburn's Workcover team based in Sunshine.

Enver is committed to ensuring injured workers receive their legal entitlements. He works with clients to provide clear, honest and practical legal advice about potential claims and the Victorian WorkCover scheme.

Enver graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws in 2010. Before joining Maurice Blackburn, he worked as an electoral officer for a Federal Member of Parliament.

Enver also worked on the assembly line at the Ford Broadmeadows plant before starting his career in law, and he understands the importance of workers' rights and entitlements to not only the injured worker, but also their family.

Most of Enver's clients settle their workers' compensation claims out of court, however sometimes he believes it is in their best interest to have their matter heard by a judge, or judge and jury. Enver is particularly proud of a case in May 2013 involving a female tram driver who suffered a back injury in the course of her employment. After a 21-day hearing in the County Court, her legal team including Enver were successful in getting her common law compensation.

Enver is fluent in Turkish. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Maurice Blackburn's Cultural Diversity Committee.
