Hannah began her legal career at Maurice Blackburn as a paralegal in 2014 and gained experience in class actions working on the Queensland floods class action, the bladder cancer group action, equine influenza class action and the Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda class actions. She is currently working on the Queensland floods class action.

“I have a strong passion for class actions and wholeheartedly believe in corporate accountability and compensating victims of wrongful conduct,” says Hannah.

“I believe class actions provide a unique opportunity to pursue legal action and justice that may not otherwise be available to people.

“It is humbling to work on behalf of Queensland flood victims who have suffered overwhelming personal and property losses. Time and time again, I am struck by our group members’ tenacity and resilience.”

Hannah has an enduring passion and interest in many social justice causes, and has devoted time to volunteer with the Moreton Bay Regional Community Legal Service. She has also participated in two social justice internship programs in Thailand, with Bridges Across Borders South East Asia Community Legal Education Initiative.
