Jade Henderson is a personal injuries lawyer working in Maurice Blackburn’s Ipswich office in Queensland. She provides legal advice to people with workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident and public liability claims.
Jade joined Maurice Blackburn in 2012, the same year she earned a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the Queensland University of Technology. She then completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, also from QUT, and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2013.
Jade’s passion for social justice and her belief that everyone deserves a ‘fair go’ are what led her to pursue a career in personal injury law. She is driven to assist those in need and make a difference to the lives of everyday Queenslanders.
Jade believes it’s important to keep abreast of the ever-changing nature of the law.
“Legislative changes by governments always presents a challenge, making it crucial that lawyers stay on top of the changing laws, in order to provide accurate and tailored advice to clients,” says Jade.
“Every case is unique and every client’s situation is different, so it is crucial to work closely with clients to develop an understanding of their circumstances and concerns.
“I am inspired by clients who manage to persevere and carry on with their lives despite everything they have been through. It never ceases to amaze me how resilient they can be and it motivates me to fight even harder to assist them.”
Please note: Jade works in our Ipswich office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She works in our Browns Plains office on Thursdays.
