Jake Gardiner is an Associate practising in Maurice Blackburn’s Browns Plains office, with more than nine years’ experience in personal injury law. He helps people with motor vehicle accident, workers' compensation and public liability claims.
Jake joined Maurice Blackburn in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Jake’s decision to study law stems from his desire to pursue just outcomes for everyday people fighting for their rights against big corporations.
A dedicated and compassionate advocate, Jake’s superior communication and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of personal injury legislation and procedure, enable him to achieve notably successful results for his clients. He is driven by seeing first-hand the benefit he can deliver to a client in their time of need and by the opportunity to advocate strongly on behalf of everyday Australians.
“I think the most rewarding thing about my role is being able to assist people in their time of need. I really enjoy getting to know clients and assisting them in every way possible during their claim. It’s great to be able to practice in an area of the law that is at the same time personal, diverse and rewarding,” says Jake.
