Justin Boyd is an experienced class actions lawyer in Maurice Blackburn's Melbourne office.
Justin is currently assisting in the Westpac Loans Class Action, which alleges breaches of responsible lending laws. He is also representing shareholders in the BHP class action.
Justin has assisted previously in other matters including administrations in the Kilmore Kinglake-East and Murrindindi - Marysville Bushfires class actions, as well as the Allco shareholder class action.
Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. He completed his traineeship at Maurice Blackburn, and is currently completing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.

Justin grew up in Melbourne's north east suburbs and was brought up with a strong belief in fairness and equality. He is a member of Maurice Blackburn’s PRIDE Committee and the Law Institute of Victoria's Out Working Group.
