Justine Kilkenny

Justine joined Maurice Blackburn in 2011 as a legal assistant and completed her law degree after hours. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate the claim process thoroughly and with as little disruption as possible to their lives.

Justine understands that her clients are going through an emotional time as they come to terms with their illness, and considers it her job to remove as much stress as she can from the claim process.

“In my early years I was astonished at the attitude of many corporate entities when it comes to accepting responsibility for asbestos diseases. It opened my eyes to the challenges that everyday people face in seeking justice. I have been committed ever since to assisting our clients in accessing the justice that they deserve.”
