Michael Croft is an experienced compensation lawyer in Maurice Blackburn's Brisbane office. He joined the firm in 2017, and acts for people throughout Queensland.
Michael is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients and to ensure they have access to their entitlements. He is originally from South Australia, and completed his Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (BLLP) at Flinders University. He transferred to Darwin and undertook work in Institutional Abuse Law, Workplace Injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Public Liability matters. He has since relocated to Queensland and continued to practice in these areas fighting for the rights of Queenslanders.
Michael is driven by a desire to fight for the best possible outcome for his clients who are often fighting well-resourced Insurance Companies and Institutions. He finds the opportunity to help the most vulnerable have their voice heard and make a genuine difference to their lives rewarding and believes that the law should serve everyone, not just those who can afford it.
