Neha Bowry is a TAC compensation lawyer at Maurice Blackburn's Ringwood office. She helps people with all aspects of motor vehicle accident compensation claims.
Neha holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and was admitted to practice law in 2014. She is a warm, friendly and empathetic lawyer who relates well to her clients. Neha has particularly good communication skills, and is candid with her clients. She is a good listener, and enthusiastically finds solutions to her clients’ legal issues.
“I’ve always wanted to work directly with people. Plaintiff law provides a clear avenue for fostering meaningful relationships and being a strong advocate for everyday people, particularly those injured in road accidents,” says Neha.
“It is rewarding to know that I am playing an integral role in helping people who have suffered loss and injury through a transport accident to obtain fair and needed compensation as quickly as possible. I am inspired I can help people from all walks of life, no matter who they are, or what their background or economic status is, in what is often a traumatic situation.
“Everyone has a different story. I determine the right solution for their specific needs by consistently asking questions to uncover what they truly want and then making sure that I’m able to meet those requirements. As a personal injury lawyer, I make sure I have a clear sense of the physical, psychological, cognitive and social implications of a person’s injuries and situation. It is important to know how these things have affected my client’s life holistically.”
