Patrick Sheehan is currently on secondment to the Australian Workers’ Union Victorian Branch, where he is providing legal services and support directly to the union’s membership and staff.
Patrick holds Bachelor degrees in Laws and International Relations, and was admitted to practice in 2015. He is a determined and resourceful solicitor who is inspired by the knowledge that he is using his education and abilities to help people who find themselves at a very difficult point in their lives, and when needed, to help them fight back. Patrick is a highly skilled and effective negotiator with valuable political experience.

Before joining Maurice Blackburn, Patrick was General Secretary of the National Union of Students and worked for federal and state Labor members of parliament.
