Phoebe Prossor is a personal injuries lawyer in Maurice Blackburn’s Reservoir office. She helps people hurt on the road or at work with Traffic Accident Commission (TAC) and WorkCover compensation claims.

Phoebe started her career with the firm as a paralegal in 2012 while studying Arts and Law, and completed her traineeship in 2014.  After initially completing a Bachelor of Arts, Phoebe chose to study law through a desire to provide meaningful assistance to people in need.

“People of all ages and backgrounds can be affected by work and transport accidents, and seeing the impacts on victims and their family members can be truly devastating,” says Phoebe.

“The most inspiring aspect of my work is seeing the strength and resilience shown by my clients and their family members in times of such hardship. I am constantly inspired by the ability of injured people to remain optimistic and challenge themselves through rehabilitation and recovery.”

Phoebe uses her significant analytical skills and attention to detail to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. A highly accomplished communicator and negotiator, she prides herself on providing clear and comprehensible legal advice, and in helping her clients confidently and successfully navigate the legal system.

“I understand that the legal system is complex and people can feel that accessing their legal rights is impossibly difficult, which is why I'm determined to provide clarity as well as great outcomes for my clients.

“The most rewarding aspect of my area of practice is being able to achieve outcomes for clients that make a real difference in their lives. Being able to help ease the burden of an injury makes the job worthwhile.”
