Rachel Davis

Having grown up in the local area, Rachel is passionate about helping members of the community who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own.  Rachel is compassionate, friendly and down to earth and genuinely cares for her clients and their families.

“I am a strong advocate for people who have been wronged and leave no stone unturned in my pursuit of justice. I am particularly passionate about fighting for those who have been bullied in the workplace, as I believe employees should be treated fairly and workplaces should be free from the risk of injury. The most rewarding part of my job is doing whatever I can to help restore each and every client’s quality of life.”

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Management) from Queensland University of Technology and she is currently studying a Master of Legal Business through The College of Law. Rachel was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007 and the High Court of Australia in 2009. Rachel has practised primarily in Plaintiff personal injuries law, however she has also worked for insurers which allows her to bring valuable experience and a well-rounded perspective to her claims. Rachel is a hardworking, technical Lawyer who will go the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best possible results for their individual circumstances.
