Stephanie Dale is a personal injury lawyer practising in Maurice Blackburn’s Brown’s Plains office. She helps people with motor vehicle accident, workers’ compensation and public liability compensation claims.
Following her graduation from Queensland University of Technology in 2009 with a Bachelor of Law, Stephanie was admitted as a solicitor in 2010. She also holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a major in Psychology from the University of Queensland.
Stephanie brings particular value to her clients through her ability to quickly identify the relevant issues in any situation and provide clear and concise advice. She is able to put her clients at ease and provide accurate and practical legal counsel on complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
Stephanie is a compassionate, determined and dedicated lawyer, committed to social justice and equal access to the law. She is driven by a desire to help her clients get back what they have lost after they have had their lives turned upside down. It was this desire to help people at their most vulnerable that lead her to pursue a career in the law.
“I think the most rewarding thing about my work and my area of practice is seeing the look of happiness on the faces of my clients when they are properly compensated for what they have lost,” says Stephanie.
Stephanie previously volunteered at the Homeless Persons' Legal Clinic and the Self-Represented Civil Litigants Service for Queensland Public Interest Law Clearing House Incorporated (QPILCH).
Stephanie is on an extended leave of absence.
