Tiffany Halliday is a lawyer in our Browns Plains office in outer Brisbane. She acts for clients with workers' compensation, road accident compensation and public liability claims.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Queensland. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
With five years' experience in the legal industry Tiffany was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Maurice Blackburn in August 2018.
Working with the National Relay Service to support people who are deaf, hearing impaired or speech impaired provided Tiffany an insight into the needs of people living with a disability.
She brings an empathetic approach to her work, is personable and believes knowing the client is a key factor in achieving a good outcome for them.
"When you know your client, you understand what is important to them and can provide them with the assistance they require."
Tiffany is passionate about helping people to understand their legal rights. "I have found that there are many misconceptions about lawyers and there are many people who are not aware of their rights. I want to help change that to ensure my clients are aware of their rights and know that I am fighting to protect their rights."
Tiffany is also able to speak Vietnamese.
