Felicity Pantelidis

Felicity Pantelidis is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Maurice Blackburn.

Felicity joined Maurice Blackburn as Deputy CEO in June 2018. She is part of the senior executive team based in our Melbourne head office.

With more than 20 years’ experience in leadership positions across legal services, financial services, health, digital and technology, Felicity works closely with the CEO as part of the executive team and the Maurice Blackburn Board to progress the company strategy.

"My role is to bring the company together to deliver great outcomes for clients every day,” she says. “I feel strongly about using my experience to enable our people to help those who otherwise would not have access to justice. Maurice Blackburn makes a difference to people’s lives. I feel good about that.”

Prior to joining the firm, Felicity held various senior executive roles driving strategy, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and new product development at leading organisations such as GE Capital, Telstra, NAB, HESTA and Slater and Gordon Lawyers.

Felicity holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Monash University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a current director of Industry Fund Services and Western Chances, and previously was the Deputy Chair of the Royal Women’s Hospital, a Director of Eastern Health, and served on the Advisory Board of Australia Post.
