We've asked our employees why they like working at Maurice Blackburn, and many of their responses are because they're attracted to our firm's values and principles, and they are passionate about social justice and the right to a fair go.

Working at Maurice Blackburn is a rewarding experience. You may be starting your legal career, have been practising law for many years, or you have skills in areas such as office administration, reception, human resources, finance, marketing, communications, facilities, knowledge management or IT.

Personally, I started my legal career at Maurice Blackburn as an articled clerk and over a 30-year period I have had the privilege of watching the firm grow to more than 800 employees in almost 30 city, suburban and regional offices in Victoria, NSW, ACT, WA and Queensland.
