“I was drawn to working in class actions due to their ability to affect change on a grand scale, further enabling my goal of using the law as an instrument of change.”

“It is an honour to be involved in helping individuals access the legal system. Each person deserves to have their story heard. I am passionate about reforming the Australian legal system to ensure that justice is accessible to all,” says Devina.

Prior to joining Maurice Blackburn, Devina interned at First Nations Legal Services and volunteered as a paralegal at Flemington Kensington Community Legal Centre. She says it was a privilege to use her legal knowledge and skills to help clients navigate the legal landscape while going through traumatic experiences.
