Brendan Johnson is a Lawyer in the Dandenong office practising

Brendan has worked in the trade union movement for over 12 years
and is passionate about obtaining just outcomes for injured workers
and protecting workers' rights and safety. He has previously
worked as the Federal Industrial Officer for the Transport Workers'
Union of Australia, as the Industrial Advocate for the TWU (Vic/Tas
Branch) and for the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Union
(Vic Branch) as an Organiser, Recruiter and Research
Officer.
Having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of
Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Employee
Relations at Monash University, Brendan returned to university and
completed a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) (First Class Honours)
from Victoria University.
Brendan is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, the Law
Institute of Victoria, the Australian Labour Lawyers Association
and the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria. His
interests include spending time with his family, hiking, fishing
and running.
