people who have suffered injury, loss or damage as a result of the
devastating bushfires that started in Victoria on 7 February 2009
(Black Saturday).
The Kilmore East/Kinglake class action encompasses the area
burnt including Kilmore East, Kinglake, Strathewen, Steels Creek
