Prior to joining the firm, Simone held executive positions across multiple industries (resources, logistics, finance, retail) and in large global and ASX listed companies. Her professional experience includes team leadership, leading complex change and transformation programs in both industrial and commercial contexts. At Maurice Blackburn, Simone is responsible for organisational effectiveness and capability; talent and succession management; implementation of people and culture initiatives; leadership development; health, safety risk and environment; workplace relations and all employment and remuneration policies and practices. She is interested in using technology to enhance our employees’ experience.
