Maurice Blackburn 2015 client satisfaction survey

At Maurice Blackburn we’re committed to ensuring our clients have the best experience possible when dealing with us.

To allow us to understand and continue meeting our clients’ needs, we will be conducting our biennial client satisfaction survey in February 2015.

The survey will be conducted by a company called iView, who will be calling clients on our behalf. They will be asking a range of questions relating to:

  •          Process
  •          Staff
  •          Communication, and
  •          Fees and charges.

We greatly value this feedback, so we would appreciate clients participating in the survey if contacted they can spare the time to respond.
