Josh Tamir

Josh joined Maurice Blackburn’s class actions team in 2019 while completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University, and was admitted as a lawyer in March 2021. Josh is currently working on the Foreign Exchange Cartel class action, which is being brought in relation to alleged price-fixing in the foreign exchange market.

Josh has experience in competition and corporations law, and has developed an understanding of the operation of international financial markets. He has previously worked in personal injury law and volunteered extensively at community legal centres, including Peninsula Community Legal Centre and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
