"It's important to me that clients understand the process and have transparency on where their claim is at and what the steps are to ensure the right outcome in a timely manner. Efficiency and effective communication are always front of mind when undertaking day-to-day tasks for clients. Having worked in purely plaintiff injury law for over 15 years in Queensland, I have significant experience in running compensation claims," says Sarah.

Sarah values being able to provide clarity in uncertain times for those injured through no fault of their own.

"It is a privilege to be entrusted with a client's claim. When a life event has turned someone’s world upside down, being able to work with them through a process that helps put them on a road to recovery is something I take great pride in. It's the ability to achieve an outcome for everyday Queenslanders that drives me to give my best to each and every claim."

"I am actively involved in both the Australian Lawyers Alliance (current Queensland Branch President) and through this work I am fortunate to consult with a number of stakeholders regarding compensation rights for everyday Queenslanders."

"I am also actively involved in the Queensland Law Society innovation committee which looks at ways the broader profession can use technology and new ways of working to ensure that we are delivering the best possible legal services."
