Nicole has close to 10 years of experience practising commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a range of areas including insolvency, commercial disputes, building/construction and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Maurice Blackburn in September 2022, Nicole was the Active Creditor Practice Leader and a Principal Government Lawyer in the FEG Recovery and Litigation Branch of the Attorney-General’s Department. She has extensive experience in forensic investigations, public examinations and litigating complex points of insolvency law including breaches of statutory duties, voidable transactions, employee entitlement contribution orders and other corporation law issues.
