Christian Farinaccio is an experienced WorkCover lawyer based in Maurice Blackburn’s Frankston office. He is also available to see clients at our Rosebud visiting office.
Christian acts for clients who have suffered an injury, illness or disease due to their employment. He is committed to achieving the best possible results for injured workers and ensuring that every worker has access to all their entitlements.
Christian completed his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. Before joining Maurice Blackburn, he worked for another personal injury law firm and in commercial and other general law areas. He has litigated disputes for clients in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme courts.
“I find that people who suffer injuries at work have to deal with significant changes to their lives very quickly,” says Christian.
“This can have an immense toll on them and their families – not only financially, but also psychologically – and, it can have an enormous impact on the way that person lives their day-to-day life.
“I’m passionate about being able to help the person in this time of need.”
After working in other areas of law, Christian enjoys being able to support people directly.
"I like to help people from diverse backgrounds and to understand the impact that their injury has had on them and their families and to do everything in my power to achieve the best possible result for them.”
Outside of work, Christian is a regular volunteer at the Peninsula Community Legal Centre. He follows the Saints in the AFL and Melbourne City Football Club.
