Nicole Jagger is an experienced road injuries lawyer in Maurice Blackburn's Sunshine office.
Before becoming a lawyer, Nicole's determination to give a voice to people who had been wronged initially led her to pursue a career in journalism. She changed careers so that she could also help people achieve a tangible result and gain some closure in their lives.
Nicole joined the firm in 2014 while completing a Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne. She has worked in a variety of legal practice areas since that time, including WorkCover, superannuation and class actions.
Nicole is passionate about helping people navigate the legal system to achieve outcomes that make a real difference in their lives.
"The claim process can be daunting for clients. Unfortunately the system that we work within can be harsh and unfair, but I strive to achieve the best possible results while ensure that the journey is as stress-free as possible for my clients. Helping my clients achieve a level of closure is very rewarding and is what drives me in my work."
Nicole has experience litigating matters in the County Court, Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
