With more than 20 years’ experience, including working in a range of leading consumer focused organisations and roles spanning finance, operations, assurance, commercial, strategy and corporate development, Paul also works closely with the senior leadership team and the Board to progress company strategy.
Paul previously worked at 7-Eleven where he was responsible for group safety and the fuel business. He was also instrumental in developing compliance frameworks for the company’s major wage repayment programs, which saw 7-Eleven pay more than $170 million in unpaid wages to over four thousand franchisee employees.

Paul has also held senior corporate roles at Foster’s Group, iSelect, and BlueScope Steel. He was an investment banker and adviser at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs JBWere, and PwC and has advised many ASX listed companies, as well as large global and private companies.
