Appeal papers filed in Federal Court against ANZ bank fees Appeal papers were filed today in the Federal Court in Melbourne on behalf of 38,000 ANZ bank customers against a ruling which said honour and dishonour fees on transaction accounts, and overlimit fees on credit cards, were not capable of being penalties.
