My goal is to take the stress out of navigating the system and to help clients understand their rights at every stage of the process, while maximising their compensation entitlements,” she says.

“When I meet clients, I understand that they are often going through the most difficult time in their lives. I aim to build strong, trusting relationships with my clients from the outset, so they can focus on putting their health and recovery first while feeling confident that I’m working hard to get the best outcome possible for them.”

Jacquelin is driven by a desire to improve access to justice for everyone. She is passionate about ensuring that injured workers are able to understand and access their compensation entitlements regardless of their background.
