Karl is currently working on a class action regarding the unlawful detention of people seeking asylum. He is also representing Aboriginal clients in South Australia against the potential placement of a nuclear waste dump on their land.
Outside of work Karl volunteers at Road to Refuge, an organisation empowering asylum seekers to share their stories. He has also spent time volunteering with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and Mental Health Legal Centre.
