Samuel is passionate about representing individuals who have suffered injuries or who have lost loved ones as a result of poor or unreasonable medical care, treatment and advice.

Samuel has also been involved in a number of pro bono cases through Maurice Blackburn’s social justice department, including the Muckaty Station litigation.
