Staying safe during COVID-19

Office information:

All of our offices are open and safely accepting face-to-face appointments in line with public health advice. However, we are still offering appointments by phone and video call. 

Your well-being, and the safety of our staff, is our highest priority. If you do come and see us in person, we will have some COVID-safe protocols in place. Depending on the office location, these may include:

• Limiting the number of people you can bring to your appointment
• Masks may be required if you are unable to socially distance
• Sticking to strict appointment time frames
  

Your local office will advise you of anything you need to do prior to your visit.

We ask that while you're with us, please stick to social distancing and good hygiene practices to minimise any risk of transmission. We’ll also be providing hand sanitiser for your convenience.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule to another day or request a phone or video consult instead.
